1. Contract
All orders are subject to written acceptance by Kitcho Ltd. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
2. Delivery
UK mainland: 3–5 working days from stock. Build-to-order: 4 weeks from spec confirmation. Delivery date is an estimate; delays alone don't void the contract.
3. Title & risk
Title passes on payment in full; risk passes on delivery.
4. Warranty
See Warranty & Service. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Sale of Goods Act 1979 where applicable.
5. Liability
Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the affected unit. We exclude liability for consequential loss (including lost profit) to the extent permitted by law.
6. Governing law
English law. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
