Refund Policy

Cancellations before dispatch
Full refund minus a 3% payment-processing charge. Build-to-order units cancelled after tooling has started: 15% restocking.
Returns after delivery
Unused, un-installed units may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping and inspection charge apply. Installed units are not eligible for change-of-mind return.
Defective on arrival
Contact service@kitcho.co.uk within 72 hours. We repair or replace at our cost.
Refund method
Same method as payment. Bank transfer refunds settle in 3–5 working days; card refunds in 5–10.
